Very helpful on phone when I called; were at my house within 24 hours during heat wave; issue with A. C. was explained and fixed efficiently. Reasonable price. Service person was helpful and listened and answered my questions.
We just had full A/C installed in our 140 yr old house and couldn’t be happier. Everyone was very polite, professional and considerate to the age of the home in their installation choices. Will and Lucas spent a few weeks with us installing and became like family. They were great about keeping in touch, arriving on time, working hard, cleaning up after themselves and being kind to my tiny human. We highly recommend Valley Air.
The men that installed our new HVAC were wonderful. The knew what they were doing, well educated on the machine and how to install it, they were polite and well mannered. I would recommend Valley Air to anyone.
