Jonathan did a wonderful job! He was very quick, efficient and honest, which was appreciated so much. They said they would come today and actually ran ahead of schedule. (Instead of not calling and not showing up at all like a different company had just done the day before.) Hopefully, it is fixed now, but we will definitely be using them, him, when we are ready to replace the system! Also, the dispatcher has a wonderful personality as well. We are very happy with their service!!!

I got my new A/C installed last year, the unit has been working awesome! I just had my 2nd preventative maintenance work done and everything was looking good. The Technician was very knowledgeable and answer all my questions, so far am very pleased with Blue Mountain Plumbing & and Heating. Good job guys!!

I had a ceiling leak on a Friday night when most of the local plumbing companies were closed and not taking emergency calls. Blue Mountain Plumbimg had a dispatcher who was able to get a plumber scheduled for Saturday. Terry was our technician. He was professional and courteous. He quickly identified the leak and had it fixed within an hour. I was also happily surprised to see that they had very reasonable prices even though it was an emergency call on the weekend.

Blue Mountain was very prompt & they came out the same day I called & arrived at the time I was told they'd be here. The plumber (Terry) was able to get my sink plumbed back up after my new countertops/sink were installed & my husband was unable to. I'm very satisfied with Blue Mountain Plumbing & will recommend them to everyone I know!!

Crew was professional and friendly. Although 2 were expected for the day, 1 was pulled away midway during the project which assisted in a staff member having to return the following day to finish the work. The finished product looks good. Being new to the area and not sure of local rates, I did experience sticker shock with the estimate.
