I used this company for the first time today and plan to use them the next time I need a plumber! I called 3 other plumbers to get my water heater serviced before I called them and they were the only ones that had availability this week and quoted me a reasonable price. The receptionist was informative and helpful. The technician was able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment and he didn't try to oversell us on what we needed. I definitely recommend Gilman!
Great company. The customer service is amazing. I lost my heat pump and by the next week I had a new one installed. They were so professional when they came to my home. The installers were so sweet, they felt like family. Thank you Gilman. I love your style!
I had a hot water issue that turned into a bigger issue when the main water valve to my house broke in the closed position leaving us with no water at all, and this was on a Saturday at 3 pm. I called Gilman and Calvin Phelps came in less than an hour, acting with full professionalism and more than willing to help me with my situation. He replaced the main water valve and returned Tuesday to replace the hot water heater. I am 100% pleased with the entire staff of Gilman. Along with Calvin, a special shout out to Lori and Lacey in the office who are extremely accommodating and pleasant, offering top-notch customer service. I trust Gilman with all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.
Generally a good experience. The tech was respectful and timely. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was he left my garden hose unrolled and spread all over the carport.
We have been using Gilman Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for a few years and are totally delighted in the service they provide. My husband is no longer able to do much due to health reasons but the staff is always so helpful. Today, Cory came to do the annual cooling check up. He is extremely friendly, explains everything so I understand, answers my questions and even helped locate something in the attic for me on a hot day! Above and beyond!
