Homeowners always have some quirky unepected problems arise, and Chrales Francis & Sons has been great about fitting people into a timely schedule with work completed well and reasonably. Recently we had a problem that hid the source. Charles Francis sent someone out who found the source, explained what was needed, and recommended a couple of local people who could do what was needed since it didn't turn out to be a plumbing problem. How refreshing to have ethical quality work and help from a local business.

These folks have done all of my home plumbing for 20 years. They may not be the lowest cost, but they don't do cheap work. I think they're reliable and fair, and highly recommend them.
Misled me up front about the cost, and "rounded up" on the time spent. Fortunately the work was straightforward and fixed the plumbing problem.
