I will not think of calling them again. As others (Kelsey L) have mentioned in their reviews, this business has deceptive pricing. I called to schedule an appointment. I also asked, at the time of making the appointment, for an estimate. I spoke with Jerry who said it will be approximately $180, and asked me to send a picture to confirm. He said that he will have a plumber come take a look at it and I can then decide how to proceed. So, I received a call and was told that plumber will be on his way. I again asked for an estimate and mentioned my conversations with Jerry. The plumber told me to not to worry and said that it will be $120 per hour. He came out and gave a ridiculously high estimate. Before he looked at anything, he made my wife sign a paper without sharing that she is agreeing to pay them $120.She was told to sign the time, not the $120. When I said that I do not want to proceed, I was given a bill of $120 and was told that it was signed by my wife. The plumber was rude, unprofessional, and gave a ridiculous estimate because it is easier for them to collect $120 for not work then to do the actual work.
