Stemmle Plumbing Repair

Extremely pleased with Chris and Justin from Stemmle plumbing. Chris came and gave us our estimate. This was a big job - broken water main in the yard and a very large tree to work around. We also live in a house that is more than 100 years old. Unlike the other plumbing firms we contacted, Chris looked at everything and asked questions before giving us the estimate. The estimate was thorough and comprehensive. He proposed a solution that fit our situation. Though they came in a little above the other estimates we received, their proposal was very inclusive and we gave us a lot more confidence that the job would be done right - and it was. Well worth just a little extra for a professional and well done job with no surprises. Chris and Justin were also extremely polite and kept us informed every step of the process about what they were doing, what needed to be done next, etc. Would highly recommend them. Stemmle was recommended to us by another local plumbing firm who was unable to handle a job this size, so they are clearly also respected by their peers.

I had an issue in a very old building that they resolved very quickly. They were very honest and forthcomming with me. And I appreciated their honesty and advice. They did not try to pressure or sell me other services. Stephen and Zach were polite and listened to my problems. And importantly, they did the job correctly and accurately. I know I can depend upon these 2, and Stemmle plumbing to do the right thing. The office staff was also very pleasant and polite to work with, and I had my appointment for the very next day.

Wow! Stemmle came out just in time and on a Saturday!! Saved us big time as the tank was completely full. Terry and his partner, shame on me I can't remember his name, were fast and professional!! The price was good and the service excellent. We won't use anyone else!! Thanks so much!
