Absolute Plumbing is terrific. I had a leak in my yard and needed immediate help. They came right away and fixed the issue. Later I needed to replace my water and sewer lines. They came on time and completed the large job ahead of schedule. Everyone was courteous and extremely professional. I have used them three times now and am very pleased. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing.

The guys who came out were great! Very honest and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again if we have any future plumbing issues. (Hopefully not, though. haha)

I will not think of calling them again. As others (Kelsey L) have mentioned in their reviews, this business has deceptive pricing. I called to schedule an appointment. I also asked, at the time of making the appointment, for an estimate. I spoke with Jerry who said it will be approximately $180, and asked me to send a picture to confirm. He said that he will have a plumber come take a look at it and I can then decide how to proceed. So, I received a call and was told that plumber will be on his way. I again asked for an estimate and mentioned my conversations with Jerry. The plumber told me to not to worry and said that it will be $120 per hour. He came out and gave a ridiculously high estimate. Before he looked at anything, he made my wife sign a paper without sharing that she is agreeing to pay them $120.She was told to sign the time, not the $120. When I said that I do not want to proceed, I was given a bill of $120 and was told that it was signed by my wife. The plumber was rude, unprofessional, and gave a ridiculous estimate because it is easier for them to collect $120 for no work then to do the actual work.

Our kitchen sink drain got disconnected on New Years Day and Jerry was able to come out and fix it within 15 minutes. He worked quickly, but did a quality job. He left the drain pipes better than they were (it had been a DIY project so was ready to be upgraded) and was very kind and considerate in talking the details over with me about where I had gone wrong in doing it myself and what I had done right. Overall, very pleased and will be using them again!
