Donmar Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Our unit went out this morning, and I called Donmar off of a referral from the manufacturer. I was provided excellent customer service and offered a quick turnaround on scheduling a technician same day! Kien our technician was prompt and professional. He explained the issues with the unit and offered several options at various price points for repair; he was able to get our AC up and running literally within 2 hours of my first call. Excellent job - definitely recommend!

I called Don Mar at 7 in the evening after our AC broke. They still have someone answering the phones then and he contacted the after-hours technician. We made an appointment for the very next day. The technician came to the appointment on time. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. He explained to me what their service contract entailed but wasn't pushy about making me sign up for anything. Best of all the AC is working great. It broke on the hottest day of the year so I was happy with the prompt and efficient service.

Jorge came out and was very professional and polite. We had a lightning strike and it knocked out our upstairs Carrier HVAC system. He gave me several options of either we could replace the control panel and something else to see if the system worked then or just go ahead and replace the whole system since it is 26 years old. He gave me different options on replacing the whole system but did not try to push the more expensive one and I really appreciated that. Also their prices are very good and will end up doing business with them because of Jorge's professionalism and honesty. Gave me a good feeling about the company to have an employee like this working for them.

Excellent customer-first service! Recently moved into the area and was new to Central HVAC. Did my research and came across Donmar. Signed up for their service agreement and have been very happy with the overall approach in serving their customers from initial scheduling, speed of service, friendly / very competent technicians to tightly integrated IT support system that ties it all together. My A/C unit broke during a 100 degree heatwave. Called Donmar on a Saturday morning, they came that very afternoon. The tech, Jorge, was polite, knowledgeable and honest. He had the unit fixed in minutes. Did not try to sell us more than we needed, like others do. I highly recommend Donmar, top notch service.
