Cool Factory

Of the HVAC companies I've tried Cool Factory Friendly Air is the most honest and reliable. When I needed a replacement part and was shocked by the price they walked me through the invoice and explained the charge completely. A sound came up after installation and during the visit to figure that out the tech was very clear about what the cause was and the different ways it could be addressed. It's so rare to actually trust a repair company so i value their service.

My York AC system died this super hot July(after 20 years). Had to go through American Home Shield (nightmare) who sent Cool Factory. Tech Milad was quick w good diagnosis. Office Kerri very professional and concerning about my family with no AC in 95 degree days. They replaced it ASAP. Very competitive price. Installer Tony and Freddie are great. The 5 ton Carrier is working well. Will drop AHS after this summer. But Cool Factory is a keeper. Will use them again after moving to new house Thank you Hassan.
