Excellent work, very reasonable, great guy!

There are not enough good words I can say about Ben Jacobs plumbing!!! In those stormy crazy rainy days we had recently in Oakland our whole basement and crawl space was completely Flooded . Water started to accumulate every were to the point it's stated To get scary I couldn't even see the wine bottles I had on there. And that's because our sump pump burned out cause it couldn't handle with this heavy rain . I called few companies on a Sunday noon but non of them responded . Ben Jacob answered ride a a way and was real Pleasent to talk with . I explained to him the problems and within 24 hours I had new pump installed and all water was gone .super responsive and and amazingly professional solved it super quick I will definitely recommend this company. Prices were fair and as given to me over the phone . Super nice????????????????????since the moment he answered my call til all water was gone and job was done !! Thx Ben Jacobs plumbing I appreciate
