Very surprised with the reviews on here as the owner Nick Bobos blackmailed and broke contract by not delivering completed work as promised. He agreed he would complete the work needed to pass all inspections. Nick was paid in cash by our contractor at every phase of passing, until he decided to get greedy and put his licensure and reputation on the line for an extra $1000. On the day of our final inspection, he cancelled last minute and proceeded to have his secretary call us to demand extra payment for work that was not completed. He completely changed his tone and suddenly became a thug like, low class criminal. We tried to be civil but he is very rude and condescending. It was not possible to reason nor come to a resolution. We ended up having to waste more time and money hiring someone else because this "owners" greed. The state contractors board is currently investigating this matter, and a complaint has been filed with the SF Building Dept. The Chief of Plumbing is aware of the matter as well, and Im sure not impressed. Its sad when business owners get to a point where they are so desperate that they are willing to screw over the same customers that help them make a living.
