horrible customer service!!!!!! we're getting pipe ... cables I don't understand why people get mad when we asked for help ...there's others people on front of me complain awaiting for 30 minutes for help... ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

They were quick at getting my money to order flooring. However JW flooring who HomeDepot installation rescheduled my installation twice and then when the day of installation came they started the work and quit using an excuse to do another job in Hayward. Called Home Depot and their carpeting department took a lot of information from me and have not heard back from them. Will never go there for carpeting nor recommend them or JW flooring.
