We called on a Sunday morning to get our mainline cleared. Fred was very reasonable and quick to diagnosed the issue. He also worked with us to described our options, rather than forcing us into the option he could charge the most for. Clearly very competent guy, we will continue to use him and recommend him. Even came out on a Sunday, which can be rare for contractors.

I had a toilet leaking from the bottom and Connor was able to come out and fix the issue pretty quick. He was here within the hour and all he had to do was replace the wax ring. The price was pretty fair and cheaper than the other 3 companies I got quotes from. Will definitely use them again.

We got a prompt response for a last minute request help with a leaking bathtub drain. Fred came right on time ( Even a little bit early ) and it turned out our tub drain needed a minor repair. Plus he explained everything what he was doing as he was doing it, which I really appreciated. Great customer service

TL:DR; Really great service from Oliver! I had an issue late on a Sunday afternoon. Discount Plumbing Rooter said they could be there between 4 and 6. Oliver arrived right at the top of the service window Oliver was super friendly, explained each step he took and worked smart and steady to get the sink working again. I highly recommend Discount Plumbing Rooter Inc. because of their fast response but mostly because of the extraordinary service by Oliver. Thank you! =D
