Just had my sump pump replaced. Awesome guys! Very thorough, explained everything as they did it, and reasonably priced! Very friendly interaction!

During the recent heat wave my cooling system quit working and I needed some help quickly as I have family with respiratory issues which prevent us from opening the windows. After a quick evaluation of the repairs needed I decided to replace the old heat pump and air handler. Within just a couple of days Dave's had all the necessary components and installed the new system. The service people were all knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. The customer service and quality of work was outstanding.

Well to start, I had a gas water heater go bad. Call Dave's, get an estimate for installation of $275-375, with me supplying the water heater. Ok not bad. Finally got the bill after a month or more, well over $500. Kind of aggravating being I was quoted much less, and never told it would be more. A few bucks I could understand. But over $150 more? Just another example of a local company not worried about repeat business, but more concerned about ripping you off the 1st time for a quick buck. Will not be calling them again and will most definitely spread the word. What a shame. Do yourself a favor, call someone else.

Daves is awesome! Had a gas leak & they showed up within the hour fixed the issue & even left their ladder so Columbia gas could use it when they came back to put my gas back on!! Very nice gentleman!! Highly recommended!!
