Terrible from top to bottom. Thought Home Drpot would be expeditious, efficient way to get shades. Took almost 2 weeks to get measurers here and not competent. Then ordering is nightmare. Had to wait 3 days for them to get the measurements. I knew what I wanted and took me about 6 hours over a week and they still can't figure out how to place the order... New staff, computers down or not working for 3 weeks, software messing up, incompetent, waiting for others to place their orders, no one at customer service. They never answer the phone and even customer service doesn't answer their phone. Will not call when they say they will so must go in to store wasting more time. Originally told me it would be 2 weeks for delivery and then need to set up installation (another 2 weeks?). Then said delivery would really be 36 days plus installation. Finally gave up. Budget Blinds coming tomorrow (next day!) and will order then. Do you think Home Depot will refund my $50 for worthless measure? Do not use Home Depot!! If I could give zero stars I would.
