Brian from Northridge Plumbing came out to troubleshoot my issue at work as soon as he could possibly get here. We had a heating element issue on a industrial, energy efficient water heater.. Brian showed up and figured it out right away, he didn't have the part on hand but was able to find one that could be overnighted to us, for reasons unknown that part did not make it to us the next day but Brian was able to pull from another resource and get us up an running in less than 24 hours! I was extremely impressed with Brain's knowledge and expertise, also his willingness to explain things to me.
