I called with a concern in the morning and they found an afternoon appointment that day. They are prompt and call or text when they are on their way so you don’t have to guess in what part of the window they’ll arrive. They make sure to protect floors when moving equipment. I also appreciate that assess, troubleshoot and fix BEFORE recommending costly replacement. I am extremely pleased with the maintenance plan and the technicians that are sent; they listen, contact manufacturers when needed and follow up. I absolutely recommend Triple T for excellent, fair service.

We had Triple T come and replace our heating and cooling units and they were great to work with! Gus and Kody were friendly and very polite without being intrusive. They even were kind enough to be as quiet as possible when my baby was napping. Highly recommend, they do great work and were more than happy to answer my questions and show me how things worked.

Easy to schedule an appointment, came when they said they would. They were very clear, both on the phone and in person, what they would do and how much it would cost before they did anything. Absolutely recommended. The repairman was completely helpful and fast. Also, my air conditioner works again, so that’s amazing.

Our AC stopped working all of a sudden, on a hot July Friday afternoon. It just so happened that two doors down from me Triple T was there installing a new furnace. I walked over and asked if they would be willing to come over to my house and diagnose the problem with my air conditioner. They agreed. Lane came over and found that our condenser motor had seized up. He then gave me the good news that they had a motor they could replace it with, already stocked in their van. He had it up and running within the hour. I was beyond grateful and so impressed with their willingness to help me out spur of the moment. Talk about extraordinary customer service! Lane was very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Triple T to anyone!

Easy to communicate with, quiet, clean, friendly, helpful, resourceful and surprisingly unobtrusive. Thanks for the great service, Gus, Payton, the exceptional water heater guy aka plumber and Lance. The whole team! Grateful you could all make it happen. They even put in extra time to avoid moving our thermostat to a new wall thanks to a wiring problem created by the way our house was built. We appreciate it!
