How scary! I had to call a plumber. I have used Will’s several times and always been happy with their service...BUT I had to call a plumber. Josh showed up on time and diagnosed a very simple problem, fixed it, checked all the valves and water pressure. He could have told me anything. Instead he was honest and basically charged me for a service call. Their work has always been good, to be able to trust their diagnosis is invaluable.

Will’s Plumbing was great. I had a very simple repair needed - I had used them before and had a great experience sizing called them again. It was not an emergency but wanted to get on the schedule. They asked if today was ok? You bet 45 min later they were at my front door. They fixed my problem and charged what I thought was a very fair price ( I was expecting 2x’s the amount). I highly recommend them for courteous fair priced service.

From the get go when speaking with Sam and then getting to meet Mark they were both very very helpful! He came out promptly and was very knowledgeable with what exactly needed to be done and for a very fair price. Look you can call 20 different people looking for the "best price" but it reflects in their work. If you want it done right and also comes with an honored warranty as well without question, then call these guys!!

I just moved back to help take care of my parents and we had a minor leak a couple of months ago in their home and needed a plumber ASAP. My brother gave me a couple of names and numbers and Will's Plumbing was the one that answered their phone (it was after hours on a Saturday night). They came out within the hour and helped remedy the issue and returned that following Monday morning to complete the job. We had another plumbing issue that needed to be addressed and they promptly came out again and took care of replacing an old cast iron pipe. My parent's house is almost 60 years old and they have lived in it this whole time. Although this immediate issue was resolved, it's opened up another issue that at some point will need to be addressed. It's a difficult decision for my parent's to face but I want to thank Will's Plumbing-Josh and Joseph for being very courteous, professional and patient in explaining the process to myself and my parents. Thank you.

One star only because you can't rate them less than zero. Had them out to fix a leak between my meter and my house in 2015. Today I have a different plumber out to fix the same issue and rather than the all new PEX line I was sold and have the receipt in hand for, it appears that the original copper line is still place and they simply patched in a water heater hose right next to the house to fix the leak. Somehow that took two days and a trench in my yard that required a helper. Thanks for trying to up-sell me on a pressure tank to double the price for the work you didn't do though. Bet you were hoping I'd call you again when this hose popped. Shady much y'all?
