OMG Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

We enclosed a formal dining room with a set of french doors and OMG did an outstanding job for us. Not only did they do top notch work, but they also were able to match existing wall/trim colors, Sheetrock and texturing and tile grout so that it looks like the doors have been there the whole time. They even got our project done in 1 day! They were very respectful of our property and they did a great job in cleaning up after themselves. Thanks OMG!!

Disclaimer* I am not basing my review on work done, because none ever got done. They didn’t seem interested in getting the job. This is simply based on customer service when I was interested in interviewing this company and getting a bid for a major kitchen job. Called to get an estimate in September 2018 after seeing their sign when driving by. One star is only because they did send someone out within a week of me calling. He came wreaking of cigarette smoke and dressed in dirty shorts and T-Shirt. I really didn’t want to let him in my home only because the cigarette smoke was so overwhelming. If I’m going to turn over around $40K plus for a job, I think there needed to be a bit more professionalism. Next was a “maybe” we can do this attitude. Don’t get me wrong. He was nice, but didn’t really seem interested in the job, which by the way was a full kitchen cabinets and countertops redo. On his way out he said he would have a bid for me in about three days. A week passes....then another... no bid. So I follow up with a phone call to inquire and was met with apologies. Was told I’d have the bid in a couple days and another week passes with no bid. I call again. Same song and same dance by a woman in the office. And repeated the process one last time. After six weeks I decided they must not need or want my business and blew them off like they did me and got a company that cared.

They did quite a bit of work for me and everything was done well and everyone I worked with was very professional. They spent a lot of time figuring out how to replace a large ceiling fan in my living room and were very patient and generous with time. I highly recommend this company!

OMG gave me the kitchen of my dreams. They carefully listened to my wish list (I cook from scratch, and needed more counter and storage space). The end product was more than I could wish for! Every single member of owner David Palomo’s team not only is an expert, but kind, friendly, and intuitive. The thing that impressed me the most is that David is totally involved in every aspect of the process, and visited us multiple times. We plan to use them again for our full guest bath and our half bath. Thanks sooooo much, David and team! May you be blessed!

Provided kitchen cabinets on an OMG Kitchen & Bath Remodeling project that the the previous contractor could not finish. Dave Palomo and his crew stepped in and finished the project on time. Was a pleasure working with him. Hope to do many more.
