Scheduled a repair for a bad leak in the back that caused me to have to shut the water off to my entire home. They said they'd be out between 2 and 4 PM. Called them after 4pm said someone was on their way. Around 5 I called and they said they were having trouble with the system and that they would speak to manager to see what they can do. At 6 I called back and they ended up just saying to find someone else. Wasted my entire day waiting for them and calling them multiple time just to never get a call back and noone showing up. Giving a one star because they never called to let me know they were having issues until the 4th time I called to see what was up with the guy that was "on his way". Also very frustrated because I had no water all day since it was a major leak. Maybe they were having a bad day but I wouldnt recommend someone who cant at least call you back to say they cant do it in a timely manner
