They rearranged their schedule and tot someone out first thing in the morning. They cleared up the problem and charged a fair price. I would definitely call them again.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, THEY ARE A RIP OFF. They don’t guarantee their work. I had a service completed less than 6 months ago and the problem re-emerged and they didn’t even want to come out and see if maybe their plumber overlooked the issue. Customer service is horrible, the lady that answered the phone was rude, inattentive, and there was distracting background noise. They are the WORSE

I cannot thank Steve and Diane Schrade enough for their help today. We awoke to standing water in the living and dining area of our house. Mrs. Schrade calmed me down and walked me step by step in what needed to be done. They worked us into the schedule and found the source if the leak and recommended a water abatement company that arrived within 15 minutes. Scrade Plumbing is a family business and locally owned. I highly recommend them.
