Wow. I noticed a water stain on the ceiling just under my water heater at about 7:00am this morning. I called someone else at 7:15am and left a message. When I hadn't heard back by 10:00am, I looked at reviews and called H&H. They had someone on-site to take a look by 11:00. Unfortunately, the water heater had to be replaced, but their team was back out by 12:30pm and completely done by 2:00pm. Everyone involved was very professional and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be using them again.`

Excellent service this morning by H&H Plumbing. Repaired toilet and didn't try to tell me anything else was wrong. The two brothers were polite and respectful. Will definitely use them and recommend them in the future for plumbing needs. Thank You!

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. Excellent service, superb communications, and impeccable mannerisms. They will be the first I call for help, for years to come.

When we needed a kitchen faucet installed right away, we called this company, and they fit us right in to their schedule. They showed up promptly, did a great job, and were very courteous. Definitely recommend.

Called H&H Plumbing on a Saturday. They came out on Sunday. I was not upset about this. We had a shower pipe that was leaking water into our bedroom carpet and into our walls. They said that they would not be able to start work until Monday. They sent another company, DryTime to come and survey the water damage. DryTime came and gave me a $400 estimate to add 3 fans and take the baseboards off. I told them no thanks and did this myself. But, the water was continuing to leak. I called H&H again because the water was continuing to leak all into my house. They didn't return my call. So, I got another plumber to help me. On Monday, I called them to let them know that I had found another plumber to help me with the work and they didn't need to come out. Then, the owner called me and told me that he was upset that I had found someone else. And, before I was able to even explain why I had to get help sooner, he hung up on the phone on me. I know that he is disappointed because they took time to come and look at everything, but they didn't start any work. And, if water is leaking into your bedroom and ruining your house, you can't just wait around until when it is convenient for H&H. Bad customer experience to hang up on someone! And, bad customer service to let someone's water leak into their house for 2 days and keep stringing them along so that you can do the work when convenient for you (even if their house is more damaged).
