Great experience this week with Rudy Flores! He not only diagnosed the problem but took time to really explain the issue, go over options, and discuss the benefits of each choice. He responded quickly to all my questions over email and phone, and ultimately got the unit repaired and my house is cool again!
Of course - air conditioners seem to fail on hot weekends;) Martin came out on a Sunday and fixed our old unit, giving us the information we also needed to make informed decisions. He was thorough, explained the repairs, patient as well as respectful. We are grateful

My AC unit stopped working. I called AirCo and within 20 minutes, the technician was in front of my house. WOW - That was awesome. He then determine the fault (Motor), and replaced it within 30 minutes. Technician Robert Morales is very exceptional, professional and highly trained in his field. Tony did a great job. We called with a system that was not cooling on a Sunday morning. Tony made it here in 30 minutes. He found a problem with a communication wire and ran a temporary wire to get the AC working for the weekend, so that we could make arrangements to get the permanent replacement installed next week. He was here just a little more than an hour and the AC is running again.
