He is self-motivated, explains what the problem is, what needs to be done to fix it, how much it will cost, and doesn't waterboard you until you give him your credit card to charge up! I've used Jerrod twice, each time he brought a newbie with him for some on the job training. Watching Jerrod teach others told me everything I needed to know about his quality of work. He is passionate in his job, gives a boost of confidence to the ones in training, wipes away any stresses you may have about the job being done correctly and puts D-N-A Plumbing at the top of the list in his field!
