We were in need of new garbage disposal installed. And after purchasing a new continuous-feed machine, I found this garbage disposal repair technician online. I sent an email late but she was able to respond the next day early in the morning. We agreed to have him come later in the day at noon and everything done in an hour.

Called and set a time for a visit/repair on Sunday with a 3-5 PM window. I reiterated with the guy 3 times the window. Nothing. Called at 5pm and he told me they didn't have a tech that could come out. Absolutely unacceptable service. Wasted all day and now frantically trying to find someone Sunday evening. Avoid at all costs.
