Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection

We had a big water leak inside a wall which required turning off the water to the entire house until it could be found and repaired. I called Plano Plumbing, Jack and his team arrived at my house within an hour of call. He found the leak and fixed the pipe and gave me reasonable price. You guys saved my day. I will definitely call Plano Plumbing again for any plumbing needs in the future. Was very happy and satisfied with the service.

Woke up one morning and the carpet in the bedroom was wet. I could not find out where the water leak was coming from. I called out a local plumber and they informed me to get a leak detection company and hire a plumber that specialized in this kind of problem. My next call was to Plano Plumbing and Leak Detection. They came out and located my water leak and gave me an estimate for repairs. Did not pressure me and left. Later that day I called and scheduled the repairs. The Guys came out the following day and were clean and professional. I would hire them again if I ever have any water leaks.

Shop around! Water heater caused low pressure, so they sent someone out to diagnose it by simply looking at my water heater. Zero troubleshooting and then "it's $1900 to replace the unit but I don't guarantee it will resolve the issue". Happily paid the visit cost and called the next number in Google search. $1200 for same exact part and labor from another local company. Also, this company is masquerading under multiple listings on Google, so beware and report the listing.

I was very worried about my water leak in my house. I had gotten different quotes from other companies and they were very high and I would have to wait a couple of days for the work to be done.
