This company is exactly what’s wrong with American customer service. Medlock installed a tankless water heater in our new-build dream home and only 2 years later, a pipe connected to it leaked into our garage. When I called for service, they told me to call someone else because of an “ugly separation” they’d had with our builder; said they “won’t touch” any houses associated with him. Also, they only guarantee their work for one year. I can see why. If you want to be treated horribly for asking them to fix their own plumbing, Medlock is your plumbing solution.

We had a water pipe burst in our office, called around a few places and Medlock was the first and pretty much only person to get back to us immediately. Since then, when I call to ask about something simple, they walk me through how to fix it ourselves. A+ Service.
