It has always been a challenge to find reliable plumbers. Finally we had a great experience with SDL Plumbing. Their knowledge and services are very reliable. Frank and Lee are very helpful and friendly.

Gary with SDL was fantastic! He was polite and professional. Diagnosed the problem with the water heater quickly and repaired it. Thankfully a new water heater wasn't needed! Would definitely use them again.

Gary was the worst plumber I’ve ever met. He was rude, never stepped foot in the bathroom to evaluate the problem and told me the clean-out we have was useless. He sat in his van, on his phone, for 4 times longer than he was in my house. Then he tried to tell me it would be over $2000 to have a new clean-out installed. Boy was he wrong!! I hate to give the company as a whole such a bad review because the guy they sent after Gary failed to do anything, including his JOB, was wonderful. I hate that I didn’t catch his name. He was kind, proficient and very professional. He used the clean-out Gary said was useless and had the problem completely fixed in less than 20 minutes.

Absolute frauds and used verbiage on the documentation to ensure they didn’t have to do any repairs to my plumbing, even though it was covered. Do not recommend.

I had a good experience with SDL, who was sent by American Home Shield (who were terrible) as a 2nd opinion on a slab leak. Gary reviewed, and even though Home Warranty denied (because they sent 1 plumbing company, paid a leak locator as well, did not like the estimate, so paid for a 2nd opinion, and all that "diagnosis" exhausted the 1k max they can pay towards a slab leak....), we moved forward with SDL's estimate and repair, and in 2 days the repairs were completed. Homeowners Insurance helped with the access/tunneling, and ultimately Gary was helpful, the desk was responsive, and his team was timely. Only 4 stars because I would've appreciated a clear breakdown of the parts/work beforehand, whereas it was more general amounts on paper with a signature and a handshake. It has only been 1 day since the repair, so if nothing goes wrong, and his office supplies the final receipt paperwork, then maybe I will bump it up a Star. This is our first home, 4 months in with a slab leak. Thanks SDL.
