Pros: The phone staff is friendly and seems knowledgeable. I got a next-day appointment when I called late in the afternoon to schedule. Polite workers unclogged my kitchen sink in about 20 min using a snake outside. Charged the hourly rate. Cons: No one called to say the workers would arrive more than an hour past my 2 hr time window. Paid with a card and the worker wrote the card info on a receipt and said the company will run the charge in a few days and email the receipt. This process doesn't give me any assurance that my card info is secure enough for my standards. There are definitely more modern and customer- friendly ways to handle this, but it would cost the company. I assume that's why it's not in place. Too bad.
This is a top notch plumbing company!! My regular plumber wasn't available and he recommended C&C to take care of a suspected gas leak discovered by Atmos during a pipe/meter replacement. Miles and another gentleman came out and found 3 small leaks and made all the necessary repairs for a very reasonable cost. They even contacted the city for the inspection and permit and then conducted a quick test in the morning; to ensure everything was still good to prevent any fluctuation. Front office staff is also very helpful with questions. I now know who to call when my regular plumber isn't available. I wish I'd known about them last week when we had a water leak at the meter. Went with a national chain and paid way to much. I cannot recommend these guys more.
This company is knowledgable, always on time and they are honest. They have never tried to upsell me or charge me for things that I didn’t need. If you are looking for the best plumbing company and want peace of mind knowing the job will be done right, do like I did and call C&C. You won’t regret it. Thank you C&C!

They just did some work for me yesterday and replaced antifrost faucet outside my house. Excellent job ,on time, and for a good price. They even put an access panel inside the garage where they had to cutout to get to the pipes. I'm very satisfied and I do recommend.
