The worst plumbers around. They can never get the job correct the first time. Rude customer service as well. They had to send out different plumbers 3 different times just to fix their own installation. Their plumbers are highly unprofessional & pretty unknowledgeable about what they are doing, as well as their customer service line. They come into your house with their dirty shoes & I have seen them put their cigarettes on our front lawn. We had to call out a different plumbing company to fix Diversified’s mistakes. Do yourself a favor and call a better plumbing company who will treat you better. *In response to owner’s reply, this is the only negative review that I have ever written. Diversified is so deplorable that I felt compelled to leave such a poor review. If you pull up your records, you can see multiple visits to correct so many issues from the very beginning. If your standard for your quality of work is just to “pass city inspection”, you should be let your customers know you don’t care about them so they can save time and frustration. We contacted our builder, and they said they stopped using Diversified altogether because you were so difficult to work with. Apparently we are not the only ones that are dissatisfied with Diversified. Even a major builder refuses to use Diversified for all their new construction contracts. We were so fed up with Diversified, we had to pay out of pocket to hire other plumbers to fix issues due to Diversified’s inadequacy. I have left 5 star reviews for AAA Auger for the many times that that have come to fix problems caused by Diversified. To call a customer aggressive is highly unprofessional and irresponsible, considering the rude tone of Diversified’s unfriendly customer service unwilling to help by any means necessary. I would rather pay out of pocket myself rather than waste any more money at Diversified, who do not care about customer service or the quality of your work. They only care about just passing city inspections, who cares if the homeowner has ongoing leakage problems on a new home right ? As long as Diversified takes the money and run.

The owner Chris came out and gave me an excellent bid on a job that no one else wanted to do. Small commercial plumbing finish out. They did a great job. I will be using diversified in the future. Thanks Chris

Contacted this company a number of times and Ashley told me she will get Chris to get back to me. Another week, another call, another excuse. It never ended! If you depend on this group, you get what you deserve. A complete waste of time.
