Tim Long Plumbing Co

Tim Long Plumbing installed my appliances in my new home. Instead of using a supplied water supply line from the manufacturer, they decided to create a makeshift line with many adapters (which the factory unit did not have). One of the adapters failed, causing a slow leak which destroyed my cabinets and appliances. The manufacturer has verified this was caused by the shoddy installation of a non-recommended supply line. Tim Long has been contacted, and asked to make this right,and no cure was offered.

I can't speak for the service but the truck tried running into me with no blinker instead of just signalling. Literally stuck in traffic side by side and he gunned it and swerved into the 4 feet of room between myself and the car in front of me. I let people in all the time. Just be courteous people.

Had Tim Long plumbing out to take a look at the water heaters since they appeared to be leaking. They were shot. Tim's team was able to replace them next day and we're were back up and running. Awesome job.

Would not recommend this plumbing company. The contractor I used for a pool house remodel will also not use them again. To me, this speaks volumes. Does not stand behind their workmanship. They did not test the washing machine drain. Granted, I did not put a washing machine in the house until 2.5 years later, but the drain was sealed by the plumbers. Warranty only good for 1 year. They did send out a plumber, he could not find out the problem why the drain was not draining, said he hit "something hard". I asked for pictures for proof. He did not "get any". Spoke with numerous other plumbers, they said Tim Long should stand by this problem and workmanship. They said they probably forgot to connect it and left it capped off, also the reason they were not giving me pictures as proof.

Highly recommend Tim Long & his crew! After our potential house inspection came back with several plumbing issues, We called Tim Long & they answered on a holiday and were quick to get out to our house the next day and diagnose the problems before our option period ended! Very honest and knowledgeable local plumbing business!
