Winstead Plumbing Co Inc

Was nearly ran off the road by van number 12 a few days ago. I called to report it immediately and basically received an "Oh no that's terrible. Have a great day!" No follow up. Nothing.

Our HOA hired them to repair a plumbing issue. My wife was told it’s their ‘normal’ process to put the toilet in the tub. While standing with plumbers at newly installed tub no damage was noticed or mentioned by wife or plumbers. Later, I showed up and saw damage. Winstead refused to complete job or fairly compensate for the damage. They want to credit the bill to HOA for half the cost of the tub. I’ll never see a penny.

I own some properties and I used to call to this company. I learned my lesson. Their plumbers will bill you for double or triple of the real time invested in the repair. Also, a lady named Julie is so rude, silly and entitled, she probably is not the owner otherwise she is killing her own business. Unprofessional at maximum.
