From the quote through the actual repair, Steve was always up front, honest and incredibly prompt. He even fit us in past his normal hours even though we let him know this was not an emergency. We had a water leak in my yard, and called many service providers, and finally decided to go with GPS Plumbing. The lady on the phone was friendly, and scheduled the appointment for me. Justin was the technician on the job, and shown up on time. He quickly identified the issue, proposed a solution for fixing it, and gave me an pretty accurate and reasonable quote. Not only he did a great job as a professional technician, he paid attention to the irrigation lines around the digging site, and clean up the area as you would as an owner.
