I appreciated the rapid response to my plumbing emergency and the professional service I received. After an initial inspection of the problem, I was provided with a very reasonable estimate of services which were performed quickly and with minimal to no disruption to my busy day. I found the service technician to be very professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the various options for fixing the issue and together we decided what would be the optimal route to take in correcting the problem. The work was completed the same day and I was able to get back to my routine much sooner than I had anticipated. I stumbled across Mr. Rooter in searching for help regarding a plumbing emergency. In all honesty, they were the first company to answer my call. However, I immediately felt confident that I had reached the right professional after the first interaction on the phone. We had a tree root growing into our sewer pipe which is a pretty involved repair. They had to dig up a good portion of our front yard to make the repair, and they were still able to make it look like they were never there. I will definitely be referring all of my family and friends to Mr. Rooter for all their plumbing needs!

Great service and pricing. Definitely the best place in the area for plumbing work. They are friendly and they get the job done quickly. I called several other plumbers in the area the the amount of time for a service appointment was no where near as fast. Professional, timely, and easy to work with. Had my water main break late last Friday night. They showed up first thing Saturday morning, determined the issue quickly and quoted me a fair and honest price. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future myself.
