I had my whole house repiped and a new tankless water heater installed by the Gladiator Repipe. I am extremely satisfied with their professional service and customer service. The were flexible and accepted all the small and minor changes during the process and left a very clean job at the end. They were on schedule and caring throughout the process and also followed up for small items the were left to complete later. I highly recommend them.

Gladiator Repipe did a big job for me: water repipe, installed new main water line, replaced the water heater, installed a new reverse osmosis filter, installed a gas line for furnace moved to attic, drain replacement, trenchless sewer lateral replacement to where the city is responsible for the rest. Whew! Some may say I'm crazy to do so much but the home was old and most of the plumbing probably wasn't touched since 1960. Suffice to say I leaned toward getting this done now rather than later. Originally I had planned on only doing the water repiping but after I had them inspect the drain/sewage system and watched the video they took of the systems, I realized it would be smart to do the drain/sewage pipes too. I got 4 different estimates - Gladiator's prices seemed reasonable given these estimates. But what I was looking for most above price was getting work done at good quality. I found it difficult while calling plumbers to find ones who could do bigger repiping projects. But this is Gladiator Repipe's specialty. I called 2-3 of his references to sanity check and they all seemed happy with the work they had done. James at Gladiator did a great job itemizing all the items and giving estimates which matched the actual costs. His team was also amazingly efficient and fast - given they specialize in larger repipe and drain/sewer replacement, they know exactly what they are doing. And his team ensures that there are no leaks by doing air pressure tests after their work. I guess one of the most important things in the beginning was how much time James spent in educating me and patiently answering my questions (I had many many questions for James while educating myself on plumbing details via online research and watching YouTube plumbing videos!) given I had so many items I was doing - this was even before choosing his company for the project. We discussed PEX vs copper, water softener/filter systems, dryer vent solutions, etc. This was probably one of the key drivers of choosing Gladiator for me, knowing that communication wasn't going to be an issue as well as believing (and now knowing) that they would do quality work. I contracted Gladiator Repipe to repipe my parents home replacing the water supply galvanized pipes with copper. They also corrected code issues with the water heater and installed the required ground rods. They worked quickly and efficiently. And, the re-pipe passed the San Jose building inspection the first visit with no issues. I was quite pleased with hiring this Company to do the work.

The re-piping job itself was good. However, I had to request the texture to be reworked for the worst area because the first guy did such a lousy job; maybe because he came much later and rushed through. I would give the person who performed the patch work/drywall a 5-star rating. People would not know the wall was cut out but again the poor texture job ruined everything. The second texture person came and did a better job but not every section. I wish it did not happen so I would rate it 5 stars.

It's so rarely that you see people that proud of their work and doing it with such a high level of expertise! We had a clogged pipe and they came within a few hours to remedy it. They gave us great information, offered multiple solutions, and were highly professional. Got the recommendation from a friend and will for sure pass it along and recommend to all our friends!
