Great, courteous service.

I spoke to Patrick over the phone and he was so nice & helpful. They were booked that day and I needed service asap, so I ended up using another company with a mediocre experience. Next time I will use Sidney Cox Plumbing.

I own a service company of my own not plumbing, but Locksmith and I know how fast people can be to share the bad but very few take the time to tell the good. I called Sidney on Saturday my son had called me to tell me the water heater had gone out at our home in Dripping Springs and Sidney couldn't get out on Saturday and I understand, but he had a plumber named Randy out first thing Monday morning and Randy did a great job!! If I ever need a plumber I will and have used Cox plumbing for my needs and the 3 times that they have done work for my wife and I, I have had ZERO problems. Sidney even took the time on Saturday over the phone to help me when I was picking up a new water heater. If you call Sidney Cox Plumbing and get the voice mail, don't make the mistake of just passing and calling another company they called right back and again helped with my questions on the new water heater.
