They let my contract expire because they no longer service my area. That would be fine except they never notified me, and when I needed a response for a septic alarm they did not return my messages. I was ignored for a week before finally reaching someone by calling. So now I still have a septic alarm and I’m out of compliance with the county.

Daniel showed up within about 30 minutes of my call today. My system had completely shut down because (it turned out) the diaphragm in the compressor had died and gone to septic heaven. He quickly identified the problem and installed the new part. The system came right back on line and all is well. Daniel proved himself efficient, personable and knowledgeable. He's a credit to your company.

I would not recommend this company to come service your system. I was told that it is there common practice to send a service technician to your residence with no notice or prior schedule. This is after I noticed my welder and chain saw missing from my garage. I have no proof but I live in the country and our residence is secluded. The coincidence is just to great. I was treated by the admin/office person as if it was my fault these items went missing. I asked for the owner to call me and never heard from no one. I own my own company, and we have been in the Austin area since 1950. It is our common practice to schedule our services with each of our customers and to notify them before we arrive. If one of my customers wants to speak with me, I will gladly reach out to them every time. That is called good business and good customer service.
