We went with this company because it had a local address and we thought they were trustworthy. They leave our house without a word (and with fixtures removed), return and replace the shower valve stems and then charge us $550. Thirty minutes of actual work. Highway robbery. Would not recommend.
Called about 11 AM to have a leak checked out and was told they would arrive between 2-4 PM. They never showed up. This establishment offers "24 hour service" yet cannot be bothered to answer nor return a phone call. After a few tries they began immediately sending us to voicemail. Do not give these people your business.

I had a dishwasher that was leaking water onto my hardwood floor at 9:00pm on Friday night; Dan came within an hour and quickly figured out the problem.; he was AMAZING!
I had a pretty good experience with OC Plumbing. They were contracted by our home warranty company to fix sheet rock &were very professional in conveying time, schedules etc.
