They went above and beyond. I had a hot water heater start leaking on a Friday night and called 6 different plumbers between Morgan Hill and San Jose. Only one responded on Saturday AM by 11am and that was Franks Plumbing. By the time he responded I had already purchased a Rheem replacement hot Water heater from HD (a decision I may forever regret). Franks installed the new HW heater and we immediately could not get the pilot to light. Finally we got the pilot lit and then it would not stay lit. Long story short the HW heater was defective but he came back out and installed the replacement part to make it work. Great Service from Frank's. Not great service from Rheem.

I have used Frank's plumbing (Jim) for 18 years now, repairs as well as new construction, and have found his work to be of highest quality, business practice honest and forthright, and his fees reasonable and competitive. He has been a rapid responder when I have had emergencies, like an old pipe in the basement breaking or the hot water heater going out on me, and has given me valuable (and free) advice whenever I take the do- it myself route. Truth is, I have never had an issue with his work in all these years (says a lot about the quality), but knowing Jim, I have no doubt he would stand behind it if there was.
