The guy was great and took real good care of us.

Requested their service for a clogged main drain. Prompt response (new customer)... everything very nice (except for a drain vent pipe they cut and left like that without any coupling to fix it. I let that go and fixed it myself) Guy said there was a 30 day warranty on the job. 3 days later the problem was back. Water coming out of the bottom of our toilet and flooding the house. Called second time because there was a warranty. He said he used a bigger blade. Very confident of his work, no need to flush too much. Problem was back the same day within hours. (Apparently they didn't flush enough to realize it wasn't fixed). Been trying reach him to fulfill his warranty but it went from "he'll be there tomorrow" to the point where his wife (who takes the calls for him) ignores our phone calls (and we're being rather courteous) We ended up calling the Roto-Rooter guys for $75 more, who are very professional, and used the snake-cam to let us know it was a grease clog because the pipe has a dip in one part. The guy destroyed the thing with a big enough blade. $145 down the drain.
