By far the most professional and caring septic business I have dealt with! Everyone was very friendly and honest. Highly recommend Boomtown!
I had to have the aerator pump rebuilt. The worst job I have every had with this company. Needless to say I have a year contract that I had just signed up for again. I haven't had any previous problems but this time was different. The pump was left open. The screws were not placed back. To be honest I don't know if the pump got rebuilt because I wasn't at home at the time of the repair but I did experience the disaster I walked into afterwards. This was a sloppy job and I will be considering another company next time. If I could give a zero I sure would.
Boomtown is the best!! We went through about 4 other companies before this one and this by far beats them all!!
Need to plan ahead when possible, it sometimes takes a few days to schedule a pumper truck.
They do great job of taking care of customers septic systems.
