I had my old unit replaced and it was a great experience working with them from the beginning to the end. My old unit actually stopped working and Sergio came to the rescue. Mike gave me an estimate at a very fair price and even worked with my schedule to do the installation on a Saturday. After having gone without central air for several days, it was great to work with a company that was as accommodating as Air Conditioning of Houston, Texas. The installation crew were here on time and took great care of the house. It's highly evident they are professionals who take pride in providing valuable service to the community. I would highly recommend Texas Giant A/C of Cypress to others who are needing A/C work done.
Called for an appointment on Friday (not an emergency) had Vidal out the Saturday morning. Office staff is amazing, polite and professional. We had to call several times to arrange schedule because of a funeral. They were helpful and again so polite! We needed a new unit and it was installed the same day. Vidal and installation crew were great. We’ve used several other companies and these guys are top notch.
Vidal was extremely professional, friendly and personable. He explained what he was going to do to our two units which included inspection, maintenance and testing. My wife and I will certainly request for him for our winter maintenance schedule. Also, our dog, Luca, made a new friend, too!
A/C stopped working and it was 90 degrees in my house. Texas Giant Air Conditioning quickly came and got it up and running again. Happy (and cool) customer!
