New water heater failed after installed within 2 years. I called Bud’s Plumbing over 10 days since I had no hot water for a status for a replacement and they finally showed up. When the second leaking water heater replacement was taken in to exchange, I was told by the water heater supply that Bud’s Plumbing did not extend the warranty on the new Rheem replacement water heater for $64.95 when they originally exchanged it. So the replacement water heater they installed was not warranted by Rheem. I had 6 years warranty on the original, but not the replacement. Bud’s charged me another trip and installation fee on the first replacement. To Bud’s Plumbing: I asked your installer directly if I had another 6 year warranty on the first replacement water heater, and he said “yes”, and why did you charge me installation of $100.00, and not renew the warranty on the water heater? I have to buy a new water heater again.

Wreckless driving! The rain caused a lot of water on the road, the driver of one of their vans laid on their horn and was driving so fast, crashed through the road of water causing a gush of water to rush inside my car getting me and everything else wet. Totally wreckless!
