I have had plumbing issues for a while now, and have wanted Master Plumbers only. I have had RotoRooter come out multiple times charging me outrageous prices and even charging for extra time spent, without knowing there was a better company in town. All Star came out for a quote (which they charge 64$ but then deduct from total price, charge 95$ per working hour) and charged me WAY less in total, compared to Roto. I though they would take their sweet tome because they charge by hour, but on the contrary, very efficient. They finished the job in a very efficient manner (45 min) and even educated me about the plumbing issues. They even took into consideration that my 13 month baby was asleep during this time. Thank you All Star, you have amazing customer service and we will be contacting you from now on with all plumbing issues.
