They came to repair a pinhole in the flex line of my water heater, and the service was excellent. I will definitely go with Rogers when my water heater needs to be replaced.

Excellent Professional Service - Rescued on a Friday before a holiday weekend. They resolved the immediate issue on Friday afternoon, was successful in locating specialized parts the same afternoon despite traffic late Friday afternoon and returned immediately to resolve the issue. Very professional staff and they also utilize techniques to preserve your home environment. Scrub covers over shoes (working in healthcare this is appreciated). Thank you Chris and Kelvin for providing your professional services to resolve the immediate escalating issues that others did not resolve. We will seek your professional team for updates in the future! Your professional resolution of the immediate issue was amazing. We did not have to leave home and stay in a hotel while issues were resolved as you had the expertise to resolve it immediately and then plan for future updates Chris is an expert at problem resolution.

Grant has been out twice for us and has been professional and super knowledgeable. Bought a new home that needed a tank flush and some general maintenance. Definitely trustworthy folks at Roger’s. I highly recommend.
