Brian's plumbing really care about the customer. They make sure your plumbing issue is totally solved and they explain everything to you so you understand what they are doing. Once they assess the situation they let you know your cost up front. They show old fashioned genuine customer service!
I called because I had a kitchen drain pipe burst from some back pressure. Anyway, they came out the next morning and assessed the damage for me. Super friendly and very knowledgeable in their work. They were up front about all costs involved and what to expect so there were no surprises. I highly recommend them.
We had some major issues with our pipes leaking under our home and didn’t know where to turn too. I came across Brian’s Plumbing and so happy I called them! Samuel came out and did an amazing job!!! Truly an amazing plumber and hard worker!!! Highly recommend Brian’s Plumbing!!!
I wish I had something good to say about the plumbers, but I didn’t get that far! My husband called them this morning about a leak... the girl that answered the phone was rude, saying they can’t guarantee anyone coming out unless he’s willing to pay overtime... then she could promise it! We could barely hear her over the 2 other women loudly arguing in the background!! Seriously, if this is the customer service we get on the phone, I don’t want to know any more!!
Fair warning....if you have whirlpool appliances, go ahead and call someone else. We had them out to service a whirlpool water heater. They said it was old, shot and needed to be replaced @1200$. SPOKE TO THREE REPS....No one could give us a concrete reason for the replacement....just said it's an old whirlpool and they don't like to work on them and to just replace it. After the owner hung up on my husband, we called Whirlpool customer service. Turns out the bottom of the unit was dirty and preventing airflow to the condenser. PROBLEM FIXED FOR FREEEEEE.
