This is a FANTASTIC company. called them with a septic problem, and expected to wait for 3 or 4 days for service. they were here the next day and serviced all my system needs. fast friendly knowledgeable technician, who also educated me about the system. technician name was Jeff. I do not know who his parents are, but they should be VERY proud of their son. well mannered ,polite and answered all my questions.I have signed a contract with them for routine checkups and now feel much better knowing my septic system is taken care of by REAL professionals

We had plumbing problems and Ryan Shuemake came out to see what was going on. He was very professional and friendly. He said he would like to go the easy route first to see if it could be fixed. Not like the other company that wanted to replace all of our pipes that were in the slab and cost us a fortune. The following day Ryan and John came out and within an hour it was fixed and he saved us thousands of dollars. My husband and I really appreciate the work and the knowledge of Ryan and John. Great job!!!

Have dealt with plumbing issues for years! Finally broke down and called Blounts. Ryan showed up and did not give up. After about an hour all was fixed up and running! Best $ spent! Ryan was professional and friendly. I will not wait so long to call a plumber! Thank you!
