Had a problem with one of my septic tanks, called half a dozen other septic companies first, just cause they came up first and were closer, none of them could get to me for another week, and a lot more $. Called paramount, they said "how about 8am tomorrow morning" pumped out my problem tank and one other for good measure. One would've been $480, they did two for $800 flat. Truck was on time and driver Matt Stuewe (may have misspelled last name) was friendly and very professional. Did a great job. Never a good day dealing with a septic tank, but they did a great job.

I've used them for years as a Realtor and they've always been fair, honest and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else.

They came out on short notice and did excellent work on pumping our septic deeper and cleaner than any other company ever has! Very friendly people too!

I’m a realtor out of Georgetown Texas helping one of my buyers purchase a house in Temple. Since I am not from the Temple/Belton area, I did research off different review sites to choose Paramount Wastewater Solutions to do a septic inspection on the house my clients are interested in. I called Monday, May 13, 2019, ahead of time to book inspection and glad I did since they couldn’t do it until today, Thursday May 16, 2019. I told them I’m a realtor trying to get a septic inspection for my clients’ house they are interested in purchasing. I told them that the sellers had pumped their tank on January 2019 that they disclosed on the on site septic addendum. I told them my full name, the name of my realtor office, and the name of my client who would pay for billing and receive inspection report. I gave them both my email address and my clients email address to send report to and they had me repeat both emails for accuracy. They gave me Thursday May 16, 2019 at 10:00 am for driver to show up to house to meet me there and I could pay him after he was done with cash or check. I drove up from Georgetown today and got to the house ten minutes early to wait on him. Their driver called me at 10:00 am and said he was running a bit late but would be within the hour on showing up. At 10:53 am he shows up and asked me where the septic is located. I introduced myself and told him I’m a realtor. I said I wasn’t sure where they were and I told him that homeowners are not home because we are in our option period on inspections and he was free to look in backyard. He found cover and I asked how long does he need and he said shouldn’t be more than 40 minutes to an hour. He called me around that time later to let me know he’s done and I showed up five minutes later. I asked how many days it would take to get inspection report and that’s when the driver said “oh we don’t do inspections right now.” “I mean we used to but two of our guys quit and so we just pump septics.” I then went back over the beginning of my purpose behind being there and why I shared all that info with them Monday about where to send report. He called Nina at Paramount who said when she gets back from lunch she will reach out to me on finding someone that does inspections but in the meantime I need to pay driver for pumping. I paid driver from my wallet because it’s not my clients fault that Paramount screwed me! It’s been three hours since lunch and no call from anyone at Paramount. Hopefully this helps someone! I called someone from my area in Georgetown with great reviews asking if they could drive up here and help me get this accomplished before our option period is up, and was blown away that this company from Georgetown will meet me tomorrow to get septic inspection done!! Thanks Paramount Wastewater Solutions for wasting my time, my clients time, and my hard earned $350.
