I have used them for my new house, my old house that needed some work to go on the market, and for my dad's house. I am very impressed with their work and promptness.

Terrible customer service. They scheduled me for a Thursday appt for a repair and then called me Thursday at 5:00 to tell me not only are they not coming but they can’t get to me the next day and it will be a week before they can get to me, for a simple repair. Wish they would have told me this up front so I could have got someone else ! Unbelievable!! Buyer Beware, they don’t care! I would use someone else if I were you and I am myself

Although no work was done, the owner was honest and gave me a less expensive solution to my problem that didn't require plumbing work. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity he showed. Brittain will be the first plumber I call should I ever need any plumbing work.

It's pretty tough for me to give give 5 stars, and these guys probably deserve it. They showed up when they said they would and got the new kitchen faucet installed. I couldn't get a bolt off from under the counter. It just seemed a little pricey to me, but I am admittedly a tight-wad. I'll call them again next time.

Brittain Plumbing responded to an emergency repair when noone else would even try. I can't say enough great accolades about his company; from his office staff to his plumbing crew. They turned a nightmare into a very pleasant experience. His crew, Mike & John were the epitome of professionalism. They were prompt, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful and kind. Brittain has been my plumber for 22 years for a reason! They have continually given me consistent awesome service. Thank you Steve and Cindy!!!!
