Ed Mc Millian Plumbing

I called Ed on Friday afternoon and he said he could not send anyone but would be here Monday morning. I called monday morning to followup and see when he'd be sending someone out and he said "he'd pass cause it was too cold" to stand outside and clear a drain. This is the first time in my life I've ever been told by a plumber he wasn't going to show because it was too cold. He evidently picks and chooses his work and doesn't work at all if it's cold even though he's told you a few days earlier he was coming. I waited for him to come and now had to get on the schedule of another plumber who will work me in for tomorrow. I'm quite shocked and disappointed.

Called because we were having a water heater issue. Ed told me a fix for the problem over the phone. He could have come out and charged for a visit or possibly sold us a new one. I will use this company anytime I need a plumber.
